With 50+ years of industry experience in USA, Mr. Mehta is our chief mentor. He is actively engaged in research in Global Sourcing, CRM and Technology solutions. He has held executive positions with major worldwide IT systems companies and founded and operated software product and services businesses in USA. Mr. Mehta held executive positions with Groupe Bull (France) and Honeywell Information Systems.

Mr. Pramod Kumar

Mr. Pramod Kumar has 38+ years of industry experience in managing multi-location projects, building futuristic technology solutions and providing project management & business process consulting in India and USA. He specializes in project management maturity assessment and implementation of global standards like PMBOK (PMI, USA) and BABOK (IIBA, Canada). He has proven track record of managing projects in diverse technical and functional areas including CRM, Business Process Automation, Inventory, Sales, Customer Service & support in industry verticals like Oil & Gas, Cable & Wire, Hospital, Insurance, Retail Trading and Information Technology. As a faculty & mentor, Mr. Kumar has trained & coached thousands of professionals in hundreds of corporate & public seminars & workshops on Project Management, Risk Management, Business Processes Management, Business Analysis and other management topics.

Dr. C. Gundu Rao

Dr. Rao is a senior management consultant with 46+ years of corporate experience, specializing in various functions like HR, strategic planning, balanced scorecard, business process re-engineering – BPR and Total Quality Management. He is certified to administer DISC, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Trimetrix, SDI and Chally. He has held various positions in IPCL, Reckitt & Colman, AchieveGlobal in India and Purdue University, USA and currently providing strategic HRM consulting for organizational & individual growth.

With 38 years of industry experience, Rajan Nagre is a seasoned expert in large-scale project management, R&D, new product development, and cost optimization. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in value methodology, having led over 500 VM projects globally. Rajan’s niche lies in Consumer Products and industrial R&D, value methodology training, project consultation, and management.

Rajan holds key positions in value engineering societies, serving as the Chairman of the INVEST Certification Board, Chair Affiliate – SAVE Certification Board (USA), and Vice Chairman of the Western Zonal Council. INVEST has bestowed the “Presidential Citation Award” on him for his exemplary contribution to Value Methodology, INVEST, and Society at large. He has held leadership roles in MNCs such as Tokheim India Pvt. Ltd., Bajaj Electrical Ltd., and Crompton Greaves Ltd. Rajan is also a Licensed trainer for various value methodology certification programs from INVEST and SAVE International, USA, and has received numerous awards for his contributions to the field.
